Natural Ash's Mini Session

I recently went to NYC to do brand photoshoots for some amazing entrepreneurs. Ashely was one of them. Ashley owns Natural Ash and creates handmade body butter using only natural ingredients.

Here is her story straight from her website: "Working as an Oncology Registered Nurse and learning about the chemicals found in beauty products that can lead to cancer, I started to pay attention to the ingredients in my skincare products. As a result, I started to experiment with natural body butters sourced from Africa, as well as different oils. I wanted to know what I was putting on my skin for hydration, as the product will then go into my body.

As a nurse, I naturally want those around me to take care of their bodies and skin. After all, your skin’s health is a direct reflection of your overall health and wellness. This is your body’s largest organ and its protectant. Healthy skin gives people self esteem and the confidence to reach their highest potential.

Natural Ash embodies health, skin care, and positivity. Taking care of your skin gives you self esteem and a positive self image. Natural Ash not only takes care of your skin, but also is environmentally conscious when selecting ingredients and packaging. Remember, always Care Beneath Your Skin."

Ashley was absolutely amazing and has such great energy! We did her session in a studio setting in Manhattan.

The main goal for her mini-session was to get some basic, product-only shots, a few shots of the product being used, and then some headshots of Ashley.
